How to apply
SINGA is a bond-free PhD award for science and engineering research at NTU, NUS, SUTD, SMU or SIT. The whole application is online through the A*STAR Graduate Academy.
One eligibility rule catches people out: anyone who is currently studying, or has previously studied, at a Singapore tertiary institution is not eligible, as are Singapore citizens and permanent residents.
