Every article carries the name of the person who wrote it, and that name links to a page describing their background and the subjects they cover. We do not publish under house bylines.

Use the contact form, giving the address of the article and the specific error. An editor checks the claim against the original sourcing and answers within two working days, whether or not we agree with you.

Yes, entirely. We never charge to browse, to search, or to apply for anything listed here. If somebody claims to represent us and asks you for money, they do not — please tell us.

No. Any listing with a deadline is moved out of the open lists automatically the day after it passes. Closed listings stay reachable by their own link so a returning visitor is not met with a dead page, but they are clearly marked and do not appear in search results on the site.

We check each one when we add it and link to the organisation's own page. Details do change without notice, so confirm the deadline and eligibility there before you spend time applying. If you find a discrepancy, tell us and we will correct it.

Quoting and linking need no permission at all. Republishing a full article, translating it, or using it to train a model does — ask through the contact form and say what you have in mind. The answer is often yes.

We cannot review individual applications or contact an organisation on your behalf. What we can do is make sure the listing tells you what you need before you start. The blog carries guides on essays, visas and common mistakes.

It varies by programme, which is why every listing breaks it down: tuition, accommodation and flights are shown separately, along with any stipend. A programme can be called fully funded and still leave you to pay for your visa and insurance.
